Cancellation Policy for In-person Training

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS (MUST BE SUBMITTED TO TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES IN WRITING)

  • Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the event will be refunded less a $100 fee to cover pre-event costs incurred ($50 if the registration fee was less than $350).
  • Cancellations received on or after 3 – 14 days prior to the class will be invoiced the full training fee. As a courtesy, we will allow a minimum of 75% of your payment toward a future TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES training course within one year of the cancellation date.
  • Cancellations 1–3 business days prior to class, as well as no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount without future training credit.
  • Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.
  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment. 

CANCELLATION OF COURSE BY TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES

  • TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment, or trainer availability, or extreme weather.
  • Notification will be provided within 15 days of the class, whenever possible.
  • Registrants will not be charged for the course.
  • TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at a TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES course.

Cancellation Policy for Webinar-based Training Events

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS FOR ONLINE WEBINAR EVENTS (MUST BE SUBMITTED TO TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES IN WRITING)

  • Cancellations received 4 days or more prior to the event will be refunded or may be credited towards a future event.
  • Cancellations received 1-2 days before the event will be invoiced for 25% of the training fee.
  • Cancellations due to no-shows will be invoiced 100% of the training fee.
  • Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.

CANCELLATION OF COURSE BY TECHNICAL TOOLBOXES
