GASCalc and GASWorkS are Now Part of Technical Toolboxes 

We are pleased to announce that Technical Toolboxes has acquired the software assets of B3PE LLC, including the widely trusted GASCalc™ and GASWorkS™ applications. The acquisition also includes the StationManager™, WaterCalc™ and LiquidCalc™ software assets.  

This acquisition represents an important milestone in our commitment to supporting the gas utility and distribution sector with purpose-built tools that evolve with your needs. It allows us to expand our offerings, accelerate innovation, and continue delivering the same level of technical depth and support that B3PE customers have relied on for decades.

B3PE will continue to operate as an independent utility consulting firm. This acquisition only includes the acquisition of software products.

• Bradley Bean joins Technical Toolboxes as a consultant to assist during the transition phase and as an advisor on our Pipeline Expert Board 

• There is no disruption to service of the current software assets 

• We will seek to build on these products using the power and recognized innovation of our cloud-based Pipeline HUB platform
