He has 50+ years of experience in pipeline construction, operations, corrosion control design, and implementation, receiving the NACE Distinguished Service Award.  He specializes in pipeline integrity management, risk assessment, coating materials selection, cathodic protection design and testing, and internal/external corrosion control.

David Willoughby

Software and Training

Mr. Willoughby has specializations in cathodic protection design, corrosion control, and AC interference analysis with extensive experience in the design, construction, and implementation of cathodic protection systems and AC mitigation methods. Mr. Willoughby is a NACE certified cathodic protection specialist.

Mr. Walling is a recognized expert in API standards with extensive experience in API 510 and API 570 inspections.
