David Willoughby

Mr. Willoughby has specializations in cathodic protection design, corrosion control, and AC interference analysis with extensive experience in the design, construction, and implementation of cathodic protection systems and AC mitigation methods. Mr. Willoughby is a NACE certified cathodic protection specialist.
Dr. Benjamin Zand Ph.D. P.E.

Dr. Benjamin Zand has 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, geohazard assessment, stress analysis, pipeline integrity assessment, mechanics of composite material, and mathematical modeling. His experience includes stress and vibration analysis and monitoring for oil and gas transport pipelines and facility piping.
Matt Boring

Matt Boring is a registered Professional Welding Engineer in the State of Ohio as well as an AWS Certified Welding Engineer and AWS Certified Welding Inspector, a pipeline welding engineer who is primarily involved in new pipeline construction, including engineering critical assessments (ECA) as well as pipeline rehabilitation including in-service welding or hot-tap welding.
Bill Amend

Mr. Amend has provided metallurgical engineering services to the energy industry (oil & gas production and pipelines and geothermal energy production) since 1979. He previously worked with DNV (12 years), Structural Integrity Associates (5 years), Southern California Gas Company (14 years), and Unocal Corporation (12 years).

As a licensed P.Eng and P.E. with multiple API certifications, he ensures optimal asset integrity and reliability.
