Standard support is a “best try” 24-hour response time. Gold is a guaranteed 8-hour response time, and Platinum is a guaranteed 4-hour response time and automatic “top of queue” prioritization.
Standard customer access includes access to our software onboarding package with training videos and live support with FAQs. Gold and Platinum customer success included customized, tailored onboarding and consulting sessions for each software product based (bi-annually for Gold, quarterly for Platinum).
