David Willoughby
Software and Training
Mr. Willoughby has specializations in cathodic protection design, corrosion control, and AC interference analysis with extensive experience in the design, construction, and implementation of cathodic protection systems and AC mitigation methods. Mr. Willoughby is a NACE certified cathodic protection specialist.
Dr. Benjamin Zand Ph.D. P.E.
Software and Training
Dr. Benjamin Zand has 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, geohazard assessment, stress analysis, pipeline integrity assessment, mechanics of composite material, and mathematical modeling. His experience includes stress and vibration analysis and monitoring for oil and gas transport pipelines and facility piping.
Matt Boring
Software and Training
Matt Boring is a registered Professional Welding Engineer in the State of Ohio as well as an AWS Certified Welding Engineer and AWS Certified Welding Inspector, a pipeline welding engineer who is primarily involved in new pipeline construction, including engineering critical assessments (ECA) as well as pipeline rehabilitation including in-service welding or hot-tap welding.

Dr. Luke Jain is a subject matter expert in integrity management, corrosion, and metallurgy with experience supporting major oil and gas operators across nine countries. He specializes in corrosion control, cathodic protection, integrity management, and risk assessment. His expertise spans program audits, training, data analysis, and asset acquisition due diligence.
